摘要
热力除氧单元是我厂连续重整装置的一个重要部分。阐述了热力除氧单元的流程、工作原理及技术特点;针对除氧系统塔顶回流泵运行过程中所遇到的问题,判断和分析机械密封泄漏的原因,同时提出了机泵的改造方案。通过长时间的运行后没有再发生泄漏,说明机泵改造是成功的。
The thermal deaerating unit was an important part of the CCR unit. The process flow, operational principle and technical features of the thermal deaerating unit were described. The analysis of the problem of deaerating system overhead reflux pump in the process of running concluded the causes of mechanical seal leakage in CCR unit. Meanwhile, a specific revamping proposal for the reform plan of pump was put forward. Since revamping, the pump worked well, which showed that the item was successful.
