摘要
多种因素可以导致肝脏发生慢性炎性病变,进而可导致肝纤维化的发生,其中的关键是肝星状细胞(hepatic stellate cell,HSC)的活化.活化的HSC发生形态和功能上的变化,促进肝纤维化的发展.肝内氧化应激损伤作为重要机制之一,参与到了HSC活化和肝内胶原成分的沉积,与肝纤维化之间有密切的关系.而针对降低氧化应激水平的治疗手段也逐渐应用于临床,发挥抗肝纤维化的作用.鉴于此,本文从近几年氧化应激与肝纤维化研究和治疗对策出发,介绍该领域研究进展.
A variety of factors can lead to chronic inflam- mation of the liver and thus the occurrence of liver fibrosis. The activation of hepatic stellate cell (HSC) plays a key role in the pathogenesis of liver fibrosis. Activated HSC exhibit charac- teristic changes in the morphology and function and promote the development of liver fibrosis. Intrahepatic oxidative stress injury is an iraportant mechanism involved in HSC activation and hepatic collagen deposition. There is a close relationship between liver fibrosis and oxida- tive stress levels. Reducing the levels of oxida- tive stress has gradually become an aim of anti- fibrotic therapy. In this paper we review recent progress in research of oxidative stress, liver fibrosis and its therapeutic strategies.
