救援井与事故井连通探测方法初步研究 被引量:26

摘要 钻救援井是目前解决井喷漏油问题的最有效方法,而救援井与事故井相对位置的精确探测是救援井技术成功的关键环节之一。为了能够成功连通救援井与事故井,初步研究了利用救援井与事故井连通探测工具确定两井相对位置的计算方法。将事故井套管近似为地层圆柱体,通过分析井下电极注入地层的低频交变电流在地层及事故井套管中的传播与衰减规律,得到了利用救援井与事故井连通探测工具确定两井间距和方位的方法,同时分析了井下电极注入地层的交变电流大小、井下电极与探管间距等因素对该探测工具测量精度的影响。研究结果表明,应用提出的确定救援井和事故井两井间距和方位的计算方法,可以引导救援井与事故井垂直连通或平行连通;分析认为,救援井与事故井连通探测工具基本可以满足救援井现场施工需求。 At present drilling relief well is the most reliable method to completely solve serious blow- out accidents, and it is a key link to accurately detect relative position of relief well and blowout well. In or- der to connect relief well to blowout well successfully, calculation method of using detection tool to connect relief well with blowout well was studied in this paper. Blowout well casing was approximated to a cylin- der,through analyzing the spread and attenuation pattern of current injected by down-hole electrode and then concentrated on blowout well casing,the calculation method to determine the distance and orientation from relief well to blowout well was obtained,and meanwhile illustrated the influences of some parameters on detection accuracy of this tool,such as the magnitude of current injected by down-hole electrode and the spacing of down-hole electrode and sensor. The results showed that this detection tool and calculation method of determining distance and orientation from relief well to blowout well can guide relief well to con- nect to blowout well vertically or laterally. It was concluded from analysis that the detection tool for con- necting relief well to blowout well could meet engineering requirement of steerable drilling of relief well es- sentially.
