7个水稻品种非结构性物质积累量及其再转移速度的比较研究 被引量:3

Studies on Accumulation and Translocation Rate of the Non-structural Matter in Seven Different Rice Varieties

摘要 为了探讨热带地区水稻非结构性物质的积累及其再转移特性,深入了解热带地区水稻产量的形成特点,以种植于海南的7个水稻品种为材料,研究抽穗期茎叶部非结构性物质积累量、含量及其抽穗后0-14 d在遮光条件下向穗部再转移速度的差异性。结果表明:茎叶部非结构性物质积累量为314.7-553.85 g/m2,不同品种间差异显著,杂交稻大于常规稻,杂交稻中籼型大于粳型;茎叶部非结构性物质再转移速度为9.45-21.75 g/(d.m2),不同品种间差异显著,籼型杂交稻大于粳型杂交稻和常规稻;茎叶部非结构性物质含量为44.51%-51.48%,不同品种间差异显著,并且非结构性物质含量对非结构性物质积累量呈显著的正效应;茎叶部非结构性物质积累量和含量较高的品种具有稳产和高产潜力。 In order to research the yield formation of rice in tropical region, the non-structural matter accumulation and translocation rate of rice were investigated. Using 7 different rice varieties planted in Hainan as the materials, the difference of the non-structural matter accumulation and content in the heading stage and the translocation rate of the non-structural matter from stem to panicle in 14 days after the heading stage in shade conditions were studied. The results indicated that the non-structural matter accumulation was from 314.7 g/m^2 to 553.85 g/m^2; there were significant differences in different varieties; that for hybrid rice was higher than that for inbred rice, and that for indiea hybrid rice was higher than that for japonica hybrid rice. The translocation rate of the non-structural matter was from 9.45 g/(d·m^2) to 21.75 g/(d·m^2); there were significant differences in different varieties, and that for indica hybrid rice was higher than that for japonica hybrid rice and inbred rice. The non-structural matter content was from 44.51% to 51.48%; there were differences in different varieties; the non- structural matter accumulation responded to the non-structural matter content. Rice which wtth high non-structural matter accumulation and content had the potential of stable yield and high yield.
