摘要
静电粉末系统喷涂室的设计全凭经验进行,繁杂且不确定因素较多。利用ANSYS软件自带的APDL参数化语言将喷粉室的模型参数化;根据ANSYS软件和Fluent软件的接口技术实现了对参数化模型的读入;根据实际工况对仿真模型施加适当的边界条件,实现了对喷粉室内部流场状态的模拟。通过模拟结果可不断调整喷粉室结构的参数,进而实现喷粉室结构的优化设计。
The model of the static powder spraying room could parametrically processed by using APDL parametrical design language attached to ANSYS software.Resultant parametrical model was then read by making use of the interface technique between ANSYS software and Fluent software.Furthermore,the flow field in the powder spraying room was simulated by applying proper boundary conditions with respect to practical working condition.It was found that the structural parameters of the powder spraying room could be timely adjusted in relation to simulated results,thereby realizing optimized design of the powder spraying room.
