一种先进轨压稳定控制方法的研究开发

摘要 主要论述了电控高压共轨燃油喷射系统中轨压稳定闭环控制的一种先进控制方法,即采取油量预控制方法对高压泵供油量进行控制,加快了系统的响应速度,提高了系统的稳定性,结合可整定参数PID闭环控制器进行控制,减小了超调量,提高了系统的抗干扰性和鲁棒性。通过发动机台架试验验证,试验结果表明,该系统轨压调整响应速度快,超调量小,鲁棒性强。 The paper mainly discussed a advanced method for rail pressure stability and closed-loop control. The fuel quantity preeontrol was adopted to control the fuel quantity of high pressure pump, and which speeded up the response speed of the system,improved the system stability. Combined adjustable PID parameter eonroller, the control method reduced the overshoot, increased the system' s anti-jamming performance and robustness. The test results show the system' s rail pressure adjustment has a fast response,low overshoot and strong robustness.
