摘要
【目的】分析我院住院药房口服降糖药的应用情况及变化趋势,为临床口服降糖药的合理使用提供参考。【方法】对我院住院药房2009-2010年口服降糖药的销售金额、用药频度和日均费用等进行统计、分析。【结果】2009-2010年我院口服降糖药用药平稳上升,销售金额居前三位为阿卡波糖,二甲双胍肠溶片和依帕司他。DDDs居前三位为阿卡波糖、马来酸罗格列酮和瑞格列奈。【结论】我院住院患者口服降糖药应用基本合理,高效、安全、依从性好的降糖药应用越来越广泛。
【Objective】To analyze the current status and the changing trend of utilization of oral antidiabetic drugs in a hospital to provide references for rational utilization of oral antidiabetic drugs.【Method】The sales amount and frequency of hypoglycemic drugs used and drug daily cost in our hospital from 2009 to 2010 were analyzed atatistically.【Results】The consumplion of oral antidiabhetic drugs in our hospital during 2009 to 2010 showed increase smoothly and steady.Acarbose,metformin and epalrestat ranked the top 3 in respect of consumption sum.Acarbose,rosiglitazone maleate and repaglinide the top 3 in respect of DDD【.Conclution】The application of oral hypoglycemic agents is basically rationnl,the new drug consumption shows increasing trend.Drugs with good effctiveness,safty and tolerability are widely used in clinic.
