摘要
目的 :比较缺血侧大脑半球尾壳核、视前区和顶叶皮质白介素 - 1β m RNA表达的差异 ,探讨脑不同区域对缺血敏感性的病理机制。方法 :运用原位杂交技术对 30只 SD大鼠进行了研究。结果 :缺血侧大脑半球尾壳核、视前区和顶叶皮质微血管内皮细胞和单核 /巨噬细胞显示白介素 - 1β m RNA的强杂交信号 ,尾壳核杂交信号较视前区和顶叶皮质出现早而强。顶叶皮质的白介素 - 1β m RNA阳性信号的高峰也明显迟于尾壳核。结论 :白介素 - 1β m RNA在尾壳核的早期以及高表达 ,提示白介素 - 1可能与尾壳核对脑缺血反应敏感有关。
To compare the IL 1β mRNA expression difference among the ischemic caudoputamen, preoptic area and parietal cortex. Methods: In situ hybridization histochemistry was used in the study. Results: The microvascular endothelial cells and infiltrated monocytes/macrophages in the ischemic caudoputamen, preoptic area and parietal cortex were induced intensely to express IL 1β mRNA, and the in situ hybridization signal of IL 1β mRNA in the ischemic caudoputamen appeared earlier and more intensely than that in the ischemic preoptic area and parietal cortex. Conclusion: Over expression of IL 1β mRNA in caudoputamen may be related to the susceptibilily of caudoputmen to cerebral ischemia.
