摘要
目的 :研究中药复方煎剂肾复汤的疗效。方法 :制作家兔实验性肾炎模型 ,随机将家兔分为治疗组与对照组 ,动态研究复肾汤的治疗作用 ,重点检测了反映肾功能的生化指标。结果 :复肾汤有显著改善尿蛋白和降低血清尿素氮和血清肌酐作用。结论 :复肾汤可显著改善实验性肾炎的肾功能。
To investigate the healing effect of the experimental nephritis treated by Fushen decoction.Methods:The model of rabbit with nephritis was made.The rabbits were divided at random into Fushen decoction group and control group.Biochemical criterion which reflects the kidney function was detected.Results:Fushen decoction has remarkably effect of reducing urinary protein and SUN and CR.Conclusion:Fu shen decoction has affirmatively healing effect of treating experimental nephritis.
