摘要
目的探讨艾迪注射液治疗老年慢性白血病的临床疗效。方法选择我院2009年3月～2012年3月收治的140例老年慢性白血病患者,随机分为常规治疗组(对照组)及联合艾迪注射液治疗组(艾迪组),对照组予常规治疗,艾迪组在对照组基础上加用艾迪注射液治疗,对比两组治疗2 w后的临床疗效。结果对照组比艾迪组血液学毒副作用高17.15%,肝功能毒副作用高18.57%,肾功能毒副作用高14.29%;艾迪组患者生活质量满意率比对照组高18.58%(P<0.05)。结论慢性白血病老年患者应用艾迪注射液,可对肝、肾、血液系统起到良好保护作用,在减少化疗副作用基础上,可提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To explore the curative effects of Aidi injection on senile patients with chronic leukemia.Methods 140 senile patients with chronic leukemia hospitalized in our hospital from March 2009 March to March 2012 were selected and randomly divided into conventional treatment group（control group） and combination treatment with Aidi injection group（Aidi group）.The control group received the conventional treatment,while the Aidi group received the Aidi injection based on the same treatment received by the control group.Comparison was made in the clinical curative effects 2 w after the treatment between the two groups.Results The incidences of hematological,liver function,and renal function side effects in the control group were respectively 17.15%,18.57%,and 14.29% higher than those in the Aidi group.The satisfaction rate of life quality in the Aidi group was 18.58% higher than that in the control group（all P 0.05）.Conclusion The application of Aidi injection to senile patients with chronic leukemia has a good protective effect on liver,kidneys,and blood system.It can promote patients ＇ life quality due to the reducing of the side effects of chemotherapy.
