摘要
多相泵入口气液混合程度的好坏对泵的外特性和工作稳定性有很大影响 ,因此泵上游的均化器是必不可少的配套装置。结合多相泵的气液混输外特性实验 ,对实验中先后采用的几种气液混合装置做了比较分析。提出了油田现场用均化器设计中几个关键参数的初步确定方法 ,指出均化器设计应遵循的原则是 ,尽量使气液两相压力相匹配 ,结构上避免混合管开孔形成射流锥角交叉 ;能够缓冲瞬时含气率的突然增加 ,可以通过液体回流实现短时间的干运转 ;实现均化器的缓冲和均混的双重作用。
The evenness of gas-liquid mixing in the inlet of a multiphase pump influen ces greatly the external characteristic and stability of the pump. The homogeniz er is installed in the inlet of the multiphase pump to function both as a unifor m fixing unit and a buffer tank. To analyze the characteristic of gas-liquid pu mping in the laboratory, a prototype of multiphase pump was developed, and vario us gas-liquid mixers for the prototype were compared. Thereby the method for de termining the key parameters of the homogenizer for field use was offered. And t he design criteria of the homogenizer was given.
