楸树与滇楸种间杂交组合苗期性状遗传变异 被引量:4

摘要 [目的]研究楸树与滇楸种间杂交组合苗期性状遗传变异。[方法]以25株滇楸优树为父本、23株楸树优树为母本,采用常规杂交方法,进行种间杂交育种,对不同杂交组合的可配性及1年生播种移栽苗、两根一干平茬苗的物候期、苗高、胸径进行分析研究。[结果]不同组合的可配性、物候期、苗高、胸径均存在极显著差异。一根一干组合苗高、胸径的遗传力为73.75%、71.83%,二根一干组合苗高、胸径的遗传力为75.79%、60.63%,其遗传特性突出,遗传变异丰富。[结论]苗高遗传力比胸径高。以苗高进行选择和改良能够获得较大的遗传增益。 [Objective] To study genetic variation of the seeding traits in interspecific hybridization of Catalpa bungei and Catalpa fargesii.[Method] The crossbred experiment was conducted with 25 Catalpa duclouxii Dode plus as male parent and 23 Catalpa bungei plus as female parent.The experiment was conducted in cross-hybrid breeding between species based on the conventional methods and run analytical studies on the interspecific hybridization of different hybridized combination,1 year-old sprout seedling transplanting,the phenological period of the stumping,the nursery height and the diameter at breast hight(DBH).[Result] The results showed that the effect of crossing combination was significant or highly significant.The family heritabilities of 1 year-old sprout's nursery height and DBH were 73.75% and 71.83%;while the two-year-old sprout were 75.79% and 60.63%.The genetic characteristics is outstanding and the genetic variation is rich.[Conclusion] The heritability of seedling hight is higher than DBH.With seedling height to select and improve could obtain higher genetic profit.
