摘要
针对高职物流管理专业人才培养模式改革的基础和实际,提出了以"教学企业"为主基地、以真实项目为载体,实施工学交替的分组教学的校企"双主体"人才培养模式的构建思路和方法,并对物流管理专业实施校企"双主体"人才培养模式的关键措施进行了阐述。
According to the basis and practical training mode reform of logistics management specialty of higher vocational education,the ideas and methods for establishing College - enterprise double subject training mode are put forward, this mode base on teaching enterprise, real projects and group teaching. The key measures of implementing double subject training mode are described.
