摘要
本文通过对新近解密的英日文资料的分析、归纳和梳理，阐述战后美国几任细菌战调查官调查日本细菌战的经过，以及美日勾结掩盖日本细菌战罪行，庇护日本细菌战犯的内幕及其谋略，揭露二战后美日交易，各取所需，使日本细菌战犯逃脱法律严惩的罪恶行径，进而揭示和批判美国在处理国际事务中的双重标准和国益至上的原则。
Through the analysis of the recently decrypt of British Japanese information, this paper explained the official investigation of Japan germ warfare by America after WW II , the inside story of America and Japan covered the Japan germ warfare crimes and asylum the Japan bacteria war criminals, revealed the wicked behaviors of Amer- ica and Japan to make Japan bacteria war criminals escape legal punished, discloses the double standard of Ameri- ca in processing International Affairs.
