摘要
东北红豆杉(Taxus cuspidata Sieb.et Zucc.)属红豆杉科(Taxaceae)红豆杉属(Taxus),又名紫杉、赤柏松。该树种为珍贵的第三纪孑遗乔木、濒危树种,具有很高的价值,其体内的紫杉醇是一种到目前为止最具疗效的抗癌药物,同时紫杉醇对治疗其它疾病也具有巨大潜力,因此对其种质资源保存技术进行研究意义重大。本文对东北红豆杉种质资源保存技术及其可能性进行了探讨。
Taxus cuspidata Sieb. et Zucc. belongs to Taxus, Taxaceae. It also called yew or Chibaisong. It is the precious survivor tree of tertiary Period and has high value. Taxus cuspidata Sieb. et Zucc is the endangered species of Taxus, and the plants of paclitaxel is the latest good efficacy of an anticancer drug, Taxol treatment also has some potential for other diseases, the preservation of their germplasm resource is significant. In this paper, the yew germplasm conservation technology and its possibility were discussed, and the yew better for the future service to humans to lay the foundation.
