摘要
目的探讨丹红注射液联合阿托伐他汀治疗老年不稳定性心绞痛的疗效。方法选取78例老年不稳定性心绞痛患者,随机分为单药组与联用组,单药组在常规治疗基础上加用阿托伐他汀治疗;联用组则在常规治疗基础上加用阿托伐他汀联合丹红注射液治疗,治疗4周后,观察心绞痛缓解、心电图改善情况、血脂变化以及不良反应发生情况。结果与单药组相比,联用组患者心绞痛治疗总有效率、心电图改善总有效率显著上升,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者治疗后血脂显著降低,具统计学意义(P<0.05);2组不良反应均较轻微且不影响治疗过程。结论丹红注射液联合阿托伐他汀治疗老年不稳定性心绞痛疗效肯定,安全性好,效果优于单用阿托伐他汀。
Objective To Explore the effects of the combination treatment of Danhong injection and atorvastatin in patients with unstable angina. Method 78 elderly patients with unstable angina selected in this study were divided into monotherapy group and combination therapy group randomly. Patients in monotherapy group received treatment of atorvastatin based on regular treatment; patients in combination therapy group received combination treatment of atorvastatin and Danhong injection. Treatment efficacy, ECG improvements, blood fat and side effects were monitored during the 4-week treatment. Result Compared with monotherapy group, treatment total efficacy and ECG improvements total efficacy in-creased significantly （P 〈 0.05） ; Blood fat level including cholesterol and triglyceride decreased signifi- cantly （P 〈 0. 05） ; treatment side effects in both groups were slight and without affecting the process of therapies. Conclusion Confirmed clinical effects and safety of combination treatment of Danhong injec- tion and Atorvastatin in elderly patients with unstable angina can be observed, which is better than Atorv- astatin monotherapy.
