摘要
重烃(C5以上)在天然气液化工程中,先于甲烷液化,如果处理不干净,会先凝固,严重甚至造成冰堵,堵塞管道,造成事故。文章简要介绍主要的脱重烃方法,并计算利用深冷分离法,在4 MPa下,不同温度下气液分离情况,得出该气源下,-55℃为最佳控制温度。
In natural gas liquefaction, heavy hydrocarbon (above C5) liquefaction usually happens before liquefaction of methane. If heavy hydrocarbon is treated completely, it will froze and even blog the pipe and cause accident. The paper introduced the method of heavy hydrocarbon removal, and calculates v-I separation at different temperatures under 4.0 MPa by utilizing cryo-separating and concludes that -55 ℃ was the best control temperature with this source gas.
