摘要
高等教育的超常规发展以及社会需求的多样化,势必要求原有的本科院校人才培养模式发生相应的变革。如何完善与改革现有的本科院校人才培养模式,以进一步提高高等教育质量,是亟待解决的现实问题。研究了"3+1"校企合作办学模式的优势,应用型本科大学食品科学与工程专业"3+1"人才培养模式的建立和存在的问题,为应用型本科院校食品科学与工程专业提供可以借鉴的具有操作性的人才培养模式。
The transnormal development of higher education and the diversity of social needs are bound to ask for corresponding changes in the traditional training models in undergraduate universities. It＇s an urgent realistic issue how to improve and reform the traditional training models in undergraduate universities and further enhance the quality of higher education. A study was carried out on the advantages of the ＂3＋1＂ mode of university-enterprise cooperation, the creation of the mode in the major of food science and engineering in applied undergraduate universities as well as the existing problems concerned, with a view of providing for the major of food science and engineering in applied undergraduate universities a valuable and operable training model.
