摘要
根据营养钵的制钵工艺,研制了营养钵压制装置,设计了营养钵压制装置的工作循环图,阐述了其结构组成和工作原理。分离冲头的设计使营养钵压制装置实现了制钵工艺中的打种坑、压实成型和投出3个工艺过程,简化了制钵机结构和减少了外形尺寸。该装置可采用人力、液压缸或电机驱动,适用于圆台形含种营养钵的压制,钵体形状和尺寸的一致性好。
The nutritive bowl pressing device is developed according to the bowl-making technology. The device's working cycle figure is designed and it's structure and work principle are expounded. The technology which punching holes, shaping and extracting, was achieved using the device by the design of separation punchs. So the structure of bowl-making machine is simpler and it's smaller. The device can be drived by human also cylinder or motor using for making the bowls which shape is circular truncated cone, containing seed, and shapes and sizes of the bowls are good consistency.
