摘要
本研究通过筛选高效降油菌进行除油实验。试验结果表明 ,在操作条件为 pH :5 5～7 0、温度 :25～35℃、溶氧值5 5～7 0mg/L条件下 ,投加混菌处理24h后 ,废水中总油含量的去除率可达90 7 %以上。另外 ,试验得出 ,在油含量E oil≤2000mg/L时 。
Tests were made for grease removal by screening of high_efficiency grease_degradating bacteria.Results of the tests show that under the operating conditions of pH=5.5～7.0,temperature=25～35℃ and dissolved oxygen value=5.5～7.0 mg/L,at the end of the treatment,i.e.24 hours after mixed bacteria were added in, the removal rate of the total grease content in the wastewater may reach 90.7% or higher.The tests also show that in case of E.oil≤200 mg/L the bio_chemical reaction should be a primary reaction.
