摘要
介绍了电炉厂GCr15精炼工艺与脱氧制度,研究了新型专用脱氧剂的试验效果。试验结果表明,调整脱氧剂后,LF炉渣流动性良好,渣中FeO含量低于0.4%,钢液中平均氧含量为5.1ppm,轧材中T[O]平均达到8.7ppm。
The paper introduces the refining process of GCr15 steel and deoxidizing system of EAF Plant. By testing the new special deoxidizer, the results show that after adjustment of the deoxidizer, LF slag has satisfied fluidity, the FeO content in slag is less than 0.4% , the average oxygen content in steel is 5.1 ppm, and 8.7 ppm in rolled products.
