摘要
由于超声光栅是个动态的相位光栅,与普通静态相位光栅不同,当激光束垂直通过超声光栅后,其衍射场中包含了新的频率成分,因此其空间频谱也发生了改变.本文利用傅里叶光学理论,严格推导了在"Raman-Nath"衍射条件下激光垂直通过超声驻波场后的衍射场分布,导出了超声驻波衍射场的空间频谱,从而严格推导出超声光栅的光栅常数.
Ultrasonic grating is a dynamic phase grating, and it is different from ordinary static phase grating. When a laser beam vertically passes through the ultrasonic standing waves, the diffraction field contains new frequency components, so its space spectrum is also changed. Based on the principle of Fourier optics, the optical field of a laser beam vertically passing through the ultrasonic standing waves in Raman-Nath diffraction is derived rigorously, and then the space spectrum of diffraction field of ultrasonic standing wave is obtained. Thus grating constant of ultrasonic grating is deduced strictly.
