吉非替尼生物学标记物预测指标的研究进展

摘要 近几十年全世界肺癌的发病率和病死率逐年增长,5年生存率仅15%,约70%的患者就诊时已属晚期,因此,大多数患者失去了外科手术治疗的机会,放、化疗成为主要的治疗手段。新一代的化疗虽然取得了一些成绩,但对于大部分晚期或复发非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）的有效率仅20%～40%,1年生存率为35%～45%,
