摘要
白芨作为一种传统中药,主要用于内伤血证、外科血证及疮疡肿毒。现代中药药理学对白芨成分的进一步研究,使得白芨的应用领域不断扩大。尤其在抗肿瘤治疗方面的基础研究和临床治疗得到了进一步的拓展。在妇科肿瘤方面针对宫颈疾病及宫颈癌前病变的研究,白芨有可能成为阻断宫颈上皮内瘤样病变的药物。
Rhizoma bletillae, a traditional Chinese medicine has been conventionally used in the treatment of many internal injuries, surgical bleeding, abscess and ulcers. Over the past years, with the help of modern pharmacological technique the effective contents contained in rhizoma bletillae have been studied in a deep - going way. Especially the use of rhizoma bletilla in the antitumor study and clinical embolization therapy has been further expanded. From the study of stuacervical disease and cervical precancerous lesion, Bletilla striata may block cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.
