摘要
通过总结国内外医用回旋加速器配置资源共享的政策措施、实践和效果,分析我国正电子发射型断层扫描仪及医用回旋加速器的配置、分布现状及存在问题,找出制约我国医用回旋加速器配置资源共享的因素,并根据我国国情及医用回旋加速器的自身特点,建立和完善医用回旋加速器实现机制,以实现卫生资源的合理配置和有序使用。
Through summarizing the domestic and foreign medical cyclotron configuration resource sharing policy measures, practice and effect, PET - CT and medical cyclotron configuration, distribution and usage in China are ana- lyzed to find out the status quo and problems of restricting medical cyclotron configuration resource sharing factors in Chi- na. According to the situation in China and the characteristics of medical cyclotron, the medical cyclotron realization mechanism is established and perfected to realize the reasonable allocation of health resources and orderly use.
