摘要
选取1995-2010年建筑业统计数据,利用简.丁伯根的改进生产函数模型和索洛余值法,对我国建筑业总产值增长的贡献因素进行计量分析。结果表明,在考察期间,我国建筑业总产值的年均增速为20.51%,其中劳动投入增长的贡献率为60.30%,资本投入增长的贡献率为13.76%,而全要素生产率的贡献率为25.94%。分析表明,我国建筑业的增长主要依靠劳动投入的拉动作用,而资本投入增长和广义技术进步的贡献率相对较小,这说明我国建筑业的发展模式仍属于外延式粗放型。
Based on the statistical data from 1995 to 2010, this paper employs Jan Tinbergen's modified production function and Solow residual value law to analyze the contributing factors of the total output increase in construction in- dustry of China. The results show that the average growth rate of the total output value of construction indust" is 20.51% per year during the observation period. The contributing rates of labor input ilwrease, capital input increase and TFP is 60.3(F/, 13.76% and 25.94% respectively. The analysis shows that the growth of construction industry mainly depends on the pulling effect of labor input increase while the contributing rates of capital input increase and generalized technolog- ical progress are relatively small. It indicates that the construction industry ran in an epitaxial and extensive pattern.
