摘要
采用文献资料、调查访问、数理统计等科研方法,通过对广州市5所高校体育专业女大学生就业过程中性别歧视现象进行系统的调查分析,对体育专业女大学生就业准入过程中存在的性别歧视现象进行了描述,分析其产生的原因,同时提出了减轻和缓解体育专业女大学生就业准入中性别歧视的建议,为帮助体育专业女大学生获得更好的就业准入机会,缓解体育专业女大学生就业难的问题提供了一个全新的分析视角,目的是为社会各个方面处理好就业中性别歧视这一社会问题提供参考依据。
Using the methods of literature review, investigating interview, this paper investigates and analyzes the gender discrimination in the employment of female students of Physical Education in Guangzhou universities, and attempts to confirm and describe the present situation of gender discrimination in employment of the female students. It also offers some reference for the social problem discrimination in the employment.
