摘要
提出了一种陆上集群无线电(TETRA)数字集群系统全网录音功能的设计与实现方案。论述了欧洲通信标准协会(ETSI)TETRA数字集群全网录音系统的构成和处理流程,描述了录音管理的功能和结构划分,提出若干需要解决的核心问题,详细阐述了解决这些问题所用到的关键技术和所采用的设计方法,最后部署在TETRA系统设备上进行测试,通过对设计结果的分析,证明了该设计的可用性和先进性。
The design and realization scheme of whole network recording in Terrestrial Trunked Radio （TETRA） digital trunking system is presented. The structure and the process flow of the whole network recording system for the European Telecommunication Standards Institute （ETSI） TETRA digital trunking have been discussed. The function and the division of structure of the recording management have been described. The core problems needing to be solved have been presented. Key technologies and design methods for solving the problems have been descried and finally the recording function is deployed on the TETRA system equipment for test. Through the analysis of design results, the usability and advanced feature of the design are proved.
