摘要
目的探讨分析保乳手术在综合治疗多发性溃疡性乳腺结核中的临床效果。方法选取我院2009年1月～2012年1月收治的32例多发性溃疡性乳腺结核患者,根据采取手术方式的不同分为观察组和对照组,每组患者各16例。观察组给予保乳手术加抗结核药物进行治疗,对照组给予乳腺切除术加抗结核药物进行治疗。观察比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果经12个月随访,观察组与对照组患者的手术切口均为Ⅰ期愈合,均无复发病例,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性。观察组的患者满意度和术后6个月的生存质量评分明显高于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论保乳手术在综合治疗多发性溃疡性乳腺结核中的临床效果显著,能够提高患者的满意度和生存质量,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical effect of breast-conserving surgery in the comprehensive treatment of multiple ulcerative breast tuberculosis. Methods 32 patients with multiple ulcerative breast tuberculosis in our hospital from January 2009 to January 2012 were selected. According to different surgical methods, the patients were divide into the observation group and the control group. Each group had 16 cases. The observation group was treated with breast-conserving surgery and anti-TB drugs treatment. The control group was given the mastectomy and anti-TB drugs treatment. Observed and compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups. Results After 12 months of follow-up, surgical incisions of the observation group and the control group both were I healing, there was no recurrence. Compared the two groups, there was no significant difference （P 〉 0.05）, they were comparable. In the Observation group, patient satisfaction, and 6 months after surgery, quality of life scores were significantly higher than the control group（P 〈 0.05）, it had statistically significant. Conclusion Breast-conserving surgery has significant clinical effect in the comprehensive treatment of multiple ulcerative breast tuberculosis. It can improve patient satisfaction and quality of life, worthy for promotion.
