A Generation Model of the Intention to Knowledge-Sharing Based on the Social Influence Theory

摘要 激发员工的知识共享意愿是企业知识管理的一个重要命题。基于社会影响理论构建的模型分析了知识共享意愿的产生前提和形成过程,提出外界因素通过主观规范的三种机制直接或间接作用于知识共享意愿的产生。研究认为:物质奖励通过主观规范的顺从机制产生短暂的知识共享意愿;互惠关系在主观规范认同机制作用下,通过改变共享态度促进知识共享意愿的产生;组织信任文化通过内化机制深化知识共享态度和意愿;面子需求在该模型中发挥调节作用。 How to motivate knowledge-sharing intention is an important issue to enterprise knowledge management. Based on the theory of social influence, this paper builds an integrated model to analyze the prerequisite and formation process of the intention to knowledgesharing and proposes that external factors have direct or indirect impact on individual intention to knowledge-sharing through three meehauisms of subjective norm. It is suggested that: a. Material rewards to motivate employees can produce temporary intention to knowledgesharing through compfiance mechanism; b. Identification occurs when reciprocal relationship affects the intention to knowledge-sharing by changing the attitude towards sharing behavior; c. Organizational trust culture can deepen the attitude and intention to knowledge-sharing through internalization mechanism; d. Individual face need plays a moderating role in the proposed model
