摘要
为了解决粗茎秆作物切割器的重割、漏割等问题,设计了一种在粗茎秆作物收获机中使用的切割器,并通过虚拟样机技术对切割器进行运动仿真。仿真结果表明,粗茎秆切割器能够较好地完成行走、刀盘旋转和切割等功能,有效地避免了重割、漏割等现象,为切割器的研制提供参数依据。
In order to avoid repeated cutting and cutting leakage, a cutter for thick stem harvesting machine was designed, and the motion of the cutter is simulated through the virtual prototype technology. The simulation results show that, the thick stalk crop cutter can complete running, cutter rotating and cutting. Repeated cutting and cutting leakage phenomenon is effectively avoided, the cutter parameters are provided for development.
