摘要
随着改革开放的不断深入和经济的高速发展,使得交通问题越来越突出,新的形势给公安交管部门带来了新的挑战。与此同时,目前公安交管人力资源管理中不太注重民警的心理需求,也越来越成为制约部门进一步发展的障碍。心理契约正是从满足民警心理需求的角度,研究如何提高民警的工作满意度,激发民警工作热情,提升队伍凝聚力的重要理论。因此,将心理契约引人公安交管人力资源管理实践,对破解当前交通面临的压力和问题有着重要意义。
With the policy of reform and the high speed of economic growth,the urban traffic is growing to be an unprecedented challenge for the traffic management department of public security organs.What’s worse,because of the ignored psychological need of the police,makes the police to be passive about progressing and unwilling to engage service.This is gradually becoming an obstacle for the department’s development.Starting from the needs of the police,the psychological contract theory studies on how to increase satisfaction,inspire the enthusiasm,and improve the team cohesiveness of the police about their work is necessary.Introducing the psychological theory into the human resource management of the traffic management department of public security organs,which will make a good psychological contract between the department and the policeman.It will be beneficial in the way to solve the urban traffic problem.
