摘要
目的探讨传统式和腹腔镜手术方式在治疗精索静脉曲张方面的并发症发生情况。方法选取进行手术治疗的60例精索静脉曲张的患者,随机分成观察组30例,对照组30例,给予对照组传统手术方式治疗,给予观察组腹腔镜手术方式治疗,对比两组患者的并发症发生情况。结果对照组并发症发生6例,2例为精索水肿,2例为出现局部皮肤的疼痛,1例出现睾丸的萎缩,1例复发,并发症发生率20.0%;观察组并发症发生1例,为精索水肿,并发症发生率3.3%。两组患者在并发症发生率上具有显著性差异(χ2=10.58,P<0.05)。结论使用腹腔镜手术方式治疗精索静脉曲张具有疗效确切、创伤小、康复快的优点,并且并发症少,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To explore the complications of traditional and laparoscopic surgical procedures in treatment of varicocele.Methods Sixty patients with varicocele treated by surgical procedures were randomly divided into observation group（30 cases） and control group（30 cases）,patients in control group were treated with traditional operation,and patients in observation group were treated with laparoscopic surgery,and complications in patients of these groups were compared and analyzed.Results Complications in patients of control group had been occurred in 6 of them,including 2 cases with spermatic edema,2 cases with pain in local skin,and 1 case with atrophy of testis,and 1 case was recurrent after treatment,and the rate of complications was 20.0%.Complications in patients of observation group were occurred in 1 case,and the incidence rate of complications was 3.3%.The difference in incidence rate of complications between these two groups was statistically significant（χ2 = 10.58,P 0.05）.Conclusion The application of laparoscopic surgery in treatment of varicocele has definite effect with advantages of small trauma,quicker recovery and less complications,and it is worthy to be promoted for clinical application.
