摘要
本文论述了重庆因为金融市场 ,特别是资本市场发展的滞后 ,导致了许多企业的资产无法流动 ,恶化了企业的资本结构 ,引起了严重的流动性危机 ,因此 ,重庆市政府应该着手建立区域性的资本市场 ,构筑一个统一的场外市场交易网络 ,大力推动企业的兼并和破产 ,改进国有资产的管理体制提高国有资本营运的效率。
The article illustrates that in ChongQing, because of financial market's bottle neck, lack of liquidity for many enterprises' Capital assets, our enterprises' Capital structure worsened and hence causes very serious liquidity crisis in many enterprises. so ChongQing Municipality Government should set up a regional Capital Market for Western China and construct the over the counter market electronic quotation system and also should encourage merger and acquistion among enterprises.
