摘要
提出了一种基于先验形状的CV模型对脑白质疏松症MRI图像病变区域分割。首先利用数学形态学对原始图像滤波并建立先验形状,再对CV模型进行改进以避免重新初始化;然后进行曲线演化,得到最终的分割轮廓。实验结果表明,该方法能较为准确地分割出病变区域,对脑白质疏松症临床辅助诊断有一定的应用价值。
An CV model based on the prior shape is proposed for the leukoaraiosis MRI image lesion area segmentation. First, the original image is filtered with the mathematical morphology to build the prior shape, and then the CV model is modified avoid the re-initialization. The curve is deduced to get the final segmentation contour. The experimental results show that the method is effective, and useful for the clinical diagnosis and prognosis on leukoaraiosis.
