摘要
当前 ,农村剩余劳动力向小城镇转移已成为必然。但农村剩余劳动力向小城镇的转移还存在着经济上的困难和制度上的障碍。发展小城镇经济 ,促进其产业升级 ,消除制度性障碍 ,增强小城镇对农村剩余劳动力的吸引力和吸纳力 。
The paper brings to light today's inexorable migration of China's rural surplus labour force to small cities and towns.It also recognises the current economic difficulties and system barriers faced by such migration.Furthermore,it puts forward three major countermeasures to ensure the smooth transfer of the rural surplus labour force to small cities and towns ,that is ,overcoming related economic difficulties,getting rid of system barriers,and increasing the attraction and capacity of small cities and towns.
