摘要
目的:探究和分析脑出血血肿周围组织动力学CT灌注成像的研究进展。方法:选取我院自2009年1月~2011年1月收治的确诊为脑出血的患者80例,将其作为临床研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为两组分成观察组和对照组每组均40例观察组患者采用CT灌注成像的方式对患者的血肿周围血流动力学进行测定评估;对照组患者采用低场强MRI形式进行测定脑出血血肿情况,将两组进行对比。结果:血肿范围的比较中,观察组测定不同程度患者的灌注损伤范围大于对照组不同程度患者测定出的血肿范围,特别是重度,观察组为(19±3)cm2,对照组为(10±2)cm2。对比不同时间观察组患者测定的各参数,同一参数的各组间比较与4个参数之间的两两比较,P均<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:CT灌注成像的方法对于脑出血患者血肿周围组织动力学的变化诊断有效,为脑出血患者能够接受快速的治疗提供可能,应大量广泛应用于临床。
Objective: To summarize research progress of CT dynamic perfusion image of cerebral hemorrhage peripheral edema tissues. Methods: A total of 80 patients with cerebral hemorrhage that were admitted to our hospital from Jan. 2009 to Jan. 2011 were selected and divided into observation group and Control group with 40 patients in each group by random digital table method. All patients in the observa- tion group underwent dynamic CT perfusion image to evaluate severity, while the control group underwentlow field MRI to observe the cerebral hemorrhage condition. Result: Hemorrhage size of the observation group was larger than that of the control group for patients with different degree of hemorrhage, especially for those with severe hemorrhage, which was (19±3)cm2 vs. (10±2)cm2 , respectively. The various pa- rameters of observation group observed at different time points, or the same parameter of the two groups were all significant different from each other (P all 〈0.05). Conclusion: Dynamic CT perfusion image is valuable in the diagnosis of cerebral hemorrhage of peripheral edema tissues, and provide quick way to treat patients with cerebral hemorrhage. And it's worthy of application in large scale.
