摘要
计量自动化流水线检定系统已在国内逐渐得到推广应用,为确保系统检定结果的准确可靠,本文根据自动化流水线检定系统的特点,提出一种结合"在线静态"、"离线动态"和"质量抽查"的质量监控新方法;通过在自动化流水线检定系统中的实际应用,验证了所述出方法的有效性;该方法对于计量自动化流水线检定系统的推广应用具有参考意义。
The application of automatic metrological verification pipeline system has been promoted gradually across the whole country.Based on the major characteristics of automatic metrological pipeline verification system,this paper proposes a new quality monitoring method for pipeline verification system integrating with ＂static on line＂,＂dynamic off line＂and ＂quality spot check＂to ensure the accuracy of the testing result.The method is of great significance to the promotion of automatic metrological pipeline verification system and its validity is verified by the practical application of the system.
