摘要
古民居是我国数千年文明的真实写照,具有重要的历史价值和经济价值。但近年来关于古民居的保护和利用方面存在着许多问题,造成了古民居的破坏。从我国古民居的现状与存在问题、保护与利用方式两个方面的总结了近年来我国古民居的一些研究,并对该方面未来的研究进行了展望。
The ancient dwellings have important historical value and economic value. However, there are many problems on the protection and utilization of the ancient dwellings in recent years. This paper summarized the studies about the ancient dwellings in China from the aspects including the situation and existing problems, the protection and utilization. Last, this paper proposed the research prospects.
