摘要
总部农业有广义和狭义之分,广义的总部农业是指经济的非经济的,带有"总部"性质或"总部派出"性质的各种机构和组织相对聚集,并与其聚集地处于不同区域的生产基地形成某种联接的涉农产业或事业的统称;而狭义的总部农业是一国内外带有"总部"性质或"总部派出"性质的各种经济组织相对聚集,并与其聚集地处于不同区域的生产基地形成某种联接的农业生产经营模式。总部农业具有空间分离性、内在联系性、经营规模性、产业延展性、区域辐射性、经营共赢性等特征。从构成上看,总部农业一般包括农业总部基地、农业总部、生产基地、"农业总部"与"生产基地"的联接方式等要素,由各不同类型的要素之间所形成的一个个不同的组合便成为总部农业的类型。
The concept of headquarters agriculture can be divided into broad sense headquarters agriculture and nan＇ow sense headquarters agriculture. Broad sense headquarters agriculture is the unified call of economic and non-economic industry or enterprise about agriculture, that has various agencies and organizations with the nature of ＂headquarters＂ and ＂headquarters-sent＂ gathering relatively, forming some kind of connection with the production base of different area of the gathering place. Narrow sense headquarters agriculture is agriculture produce management mode that has various agencies and organizations with the nature of domestic and national ＂headquarters＂ and ＂headquarters -sent＂ gathering relatively, forming some kind of connection with the production base of different area of the gathering place. Headquarters agriculture has the characteristics of space separability, inner item, management scal, industry ductility, area radiativity and nmnag^ment win-win. From the point of view of form, headquarters agriculture include generally the elements such as headquarters agriculture base, headquarters agriculture, production base, the connection way of ＂headquarters agriculture＂ and ＂production base＂ , forming the type of headquarters agriculture by different combination of various elements.
