摘要
对纺织品厚度及压缩回复性能的测试现状进行了介绍,指出厚度测试存在量程和精确度不足的缺点,压缩回复性能测试则受操作者影响较大,重现性差。通过开发基于Labview编程设计的测试仪专用计算机软件,研发出了纺织品压缩回复性能测试仪,其具有通用的仪器平台,配置了多种系列的压脚,满足多指标(厚度、压缩回复性能)、多标准、多产品的测试,真正实现了一机多用,且自动化程度高,数据结果可靠性佳。
In this paper, current testing situation of textile thickness and compressive recovery performance are introduced, which suggest that testing range and accuracy for textile thickness testing is not high, and the testing results of compressive recovery performance is influenced dramatically by operator, while its repeatability is bad. One kind of textile compressive recovery performance testing instrument is developed by using specified tester com- puter software based on Lahview programming designing. It shows that this developed testing instrument possesses common instrument platform and various series of presser foots, which could supply tests for muhi-index (including thickness, compressive recovery performance), multi-standard, multi-products and satisfy multi-purpose by only us- ing one instrument. It also shows that this developed testing instrument has high degree of automation and high re- liable data results.
