摘要
目的:为确保心肺复苏(CPR)设备质量安全,提高患者的医疗救治效果,拟建立一整套CPR设备工作制度、技术指标评估制度和监管体系,开发出CPR设备的应用质量检测技术和方法,从而有效降低CPR设备临床使用风险。方法:研究CPR设备检测装置的可行性和可靠性,建立CPR设备检测技术标准。结果:本研究主要集中在研制用于质量控制的CPR模型,制作CPR设备临床应用质量检测装置,制订CPR设备质量检测制度。结论:该检测装置的应用,有望提高设备的安全性和使用率,提高临床抢救效果,减少不良事件发生的风险。
Objective: For the quality and safety of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) equipment to improve the effect of the patient's medical treatment, establish a set of cardiopulmonary resuscitation equipment work systems and develop testing techniques and methods of cardiopulmonary resuscitation equipment in order to effectively reduce-the risk of cardiopulmonary resuscitation equipment. Methods: Mainly focus on the feasibility and CPR device for cardiopulmonary resuscitation equipment, and establish technical standard for inspection of CPR device. Results: In this study, mainly focus to CPR model developed for quality control, production of cardiopulmonary resuscitation device clinical application quality testing device, and the development of cardiopulmonary resuscitation equipment quality inspection system. Conclusion: The application of device is expected to improve security and usage, improve clinical rescue effect, reduce the risk of adverse events.
