摘要
目的观察补益营卫方对D-半乳糖衰老模型小鼠皮肤弹力纤维的影响。方法小鼠每日背部皮下注射10%D-半乳糖(1000mg.kg-1),建立亚急性衰老模型。补益营卫方高﹑中﹑低剂量组分别按8、4、2g.kg-1灌胃给药,阳性对照组(维生素E)50mg.kg-1灌胃给药,连续6周。6周后,制作皮肤组织切片,应用计算机图像分析系统对弹力纤维的含量进行分析。结果模型组小鼠皮肤中弹力纤维含量减少,与正常组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与模型组相比,补益营卫方高、中、低剂量组均使小鼠皮肤弹力纤维的含量提升,其中高剂量组与模型组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论补益营卫方通过影响皮肤弹力纤维来改善皮肤衰老状况。
Objective To investigate the effect of recipe Buyiyingwei on elastic fibers in aged mice resulting from D-galactose. Methods With the dose of D-galactose1000mg · (kg · d) ^-1 by sc administration to mice for 42 days, the aging model was established. The mice received recipe Buyiyingwei (8,4,2mg·kg^-1) and vitamin E(50mg·kg^-1) by ig administration. Six weeks later, the skin was made into histological sec-tion. The content of elastic fibers was determined quantitatively with imaging analysis system. Results Com-pared with the normal group, dermis thickness and elastic fibers were significantly reduced in model group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Compared with the model group, the content of mice elastic fibers were significant rised in recipe Buyi yingwei group, especially in the high dose group(P 〈 0.01 ). Conclution Recipe Buyiyingwei has ab-vious anti-aging effect on aging skin through improving the elastic fibers content.
