摘要
深部碳酸盐岩储层酸压存在的主要问题是酸岩反应速度过快、酸溶蚀有效裂缝长度十分有限、酸液滤失严重,难以达到深部酸化的目的。为实现此类储层酸压,介绍了一种自制固体硝酸CA-1。固体硝酸是将硝酸固化成颗粒后,在激活剂的催化下,氢离子缓慢释放,达到延缓酸岩反应速度的目的;与此同时,携带固体硝酸进入储层的有机溶剂,也可以起到很好的降滤失作用。实验表明,CA-1在未被激活前呈惰性;在激活剂的催化下,CA-1释放氢离子速度缓慢;激活后随温度升高,释放氢离子速度加快,酸腐蚀性增强,需添加硝酸专用缓蚀剂缓解腐蚀。
Some problems are encountered in acid fracturing of deep carbonatite reservoirs,such as over-speed reaction of acid and rock,short active length of fracture made by acid and high filtration of acid.A self-made solid nitric acid CA-1 is introduced in this paper,which is made by nitric acid solid particle,catalysized by activator,hydrogen ion is released slowly to decrease reaction velocity of that,meanwhile,the organic solvent carrying CA-1 into formation also can reduce the filtrate loss.The experimental results show that CA-1 is inactive before activated,with the temperature rising up,the releasing velocity of hydrogen ion is being increased,so that a special corrosion inhibitor for nitric acid needs to be used accordingly.
