摘要
用改进的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶系统对 6个鸡品种的血浆运铁蛋白 (Tf)和白蛋白 (Alb)进行了多态性检测 ,并对检测到的 2 3个区进行了表型、基因型和基因频率的计算 ,在Alb区检测到BB和BC型 ,在Tf区检测到Tf1和Tf2 位点 ,在Tf1位点检测到AB、BB型 ,在Tf2 位点检测到AA、BB、AB、BC。
Six fowl breeds were used to investigate the polymorphisms of Transferrin and Albumin by means of polyacrylamide geleltrophoresis. We detected twenty-three areas and counted frequency of phenotype, genetype and gene. Alb was scored BB and BC types, Tf was scored Tf 1 and Tf 2 loci. AB and BB types were scored in Tf 1. AA,BB,AB,BC and AC types were scored in Tf 2.
