摘要
在电力公司"三集五大"改革大背景下,新成立的信通公司融合原信息中心和通信中心的工作业务,并作为电力公司重要支撑单位之一。两部门的融合并不是简单的1+1模式,此次新部门的成立突破原有专业边界管理交叉壁垒,提升专业管理水平。同时此次改革能否带来工作效率的提升也是检验此次改革效果标准之一。
Under the background of ＂Three Intensive Management and Five Large-scale Movements＂ reformation, State Grid Corporation of China （SGCC） sets up a new company, Information and Communication Company, which integrates businesses from the information center and the communication center and has been an important support department of SGCC. The integration of two companies uses a mixed management mode instead of a single one plus one mode, which breaks through the original specialty management boundary, and improves the specialty management level. Whether or not the reformation can improve work efficiency will be one of important standards to validate reformation effect.
