摘要
与辊压法和稠浆法薄片相比,造纸法再造烟叶具有填充性能好、焦油释放量低等优点。文章回顾了近5年来造纸法再造烟叶的研究成果,并从加工工艺、致香成分、功能性、降焦减害以及生化处理等方面对造纸法再造烟叶的研究现状进行了综述,同时与国外再造烟叶的产品品质进行了对比,指出了国内再造烟叶的产品质量及与国外同类产品间存在的差距,最后对国内造纸法再造烟叶的应用研究和开发前景进行了展望。
Compared with the rolling process and slurrying process,the papermaking process provides the reconstituted tobacco with good filling performance and low releasing tar.The research results of reconstituted tobacco in last five years were reviewed in this paper.The research progress in processing technologies,aroma components,biochemical treatment and functionality,as well as decreasing tar and redecing harm of reconstituted tobacco were presented.And also the gap between the foreign and the domestic products＇ qualities was analyzed.Finaly the future application and development of the reconstituted tobacco were prospected.
