摘要
目的 探讨螺旋 CT及三维重建技术在踝关节骨折治疗中的应用。方法 收集踝关节骨折病例 23例，患者术前均接受 X线、 CT扫描和三维 CT重建检查，比较三者的检查结果，结合术中所见，评价螺旋 CT及三维重建技术在踝关节骨折治疗中的作用。结果 依靠螺旋 CT及三维重建技术的资料，术前更改诊断 6例。全部的螺旋 CT及三维重建的资料均对治疗具有指导意义。结论 螺旋 CT及三维重建技术能多方位、立体地显示踝关节骨折的形态，对术者选择适当的治疗方案及手术入路，准确复位及坚强的内固定均具有重要的指导意义。
Objective To study the clinical significance of three－ dimensional computed tomography reconstruction(3－ D CT) in the treatment of ankle fractures. Methods Twenty- three cases of ankle fractures were examined preoperatively by radiography CT scan and 3－ D CT. The data were analyzed in combination with the operative findings and 3－ D CT and the treatment results were evaluated. Results The diagnosis in 6 cases were reviewed preoperatively based on 3－ D CT scan, all the materials of 3－ D CT played an important role in treatments of ankle fractures. Conclusion 3－ D CT can demonstrate the ankle fractures from different views. It helps to select the best surgical approach and achieve satisfactory reduction and internal fixation.
