摘要
目的:观察中药熏蒸对腰腿痛的临床护理疗效。方法 :选取80例腰腿痛病人,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组在针灸、理疗基础上增加中药熏蒸治疗,其它治疗方法两组相同,1个疗程后观察两组疗效。结果 :观察组显效21例,有效组17例,总有效率为95%,对照例组显效10例,有效21例,总有效率77.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :中药熏蒸治疗腰腿痛有很好的疗效。
objective： To observe the effect of clinical nursing care for fumigation therapy of waist and leg pain with Chinese drugs. Method： 80 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.As for treatment group, except for acupuncture and physiatrics, the fumigation therapy was adopted. After therapy we evaluated the effectiveness. Result： 21 patients were markedly improved, 17 patients were improved in treatment group.The total effective rate was 95%.10 patients were markedly improved,21 patients were improved in control group.The total effective rate was 77.5%.They were significant differences in statistics （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion ： TCM fumigation therapy has good effect on waist and leg pain.
