摘要
针对目前存在的一些研究生学术道德失范现象,从道德心理构成的角度进行分析,概括研究生学术道德失范主要有对学术道德规范认识不足、对学术道德规范持消极情感态度、对学术道德规范缺乏坚守意志力、对学术道德规范缺少行为引导和训练等方面心理成因。在分析心理成因的基础上,从加强学术道德的系统教育、发挥学术道德范例的示范教育作用、加强学术道德制度的建设和执行力度、构建多维度的学业评价标准、加强学术道德行为的实践训练等方面,提出遵循道德心理规律的研究生学术道德教育管理机制。
According to the academic anomie phenomenon existing in college postgraduates, this paper makes an analysis on the moral psychology. It generalizes the psychological causes such as insufficient understanding of academic ethics, negative attitude toward academic ethics, the lack of willpower of persisting in academic ethics, and the lack of behavior guidance and training. On the basis of the analysis of psychological causes, this paper offers a proposal of management mechanism for postgraduates' academic moral education which follows the law of moral psychology, by strengthening systematic academic moral education, playing an educational role model of good academic ethic examples, strengthening academic moral institution construction, implementation and academic moral behavior training, building up multidimensional assessment standard on students' studies.
